Information Collection & Use

LEADon, Inc. (“LEADon”) is the sole owner of the information collected on leadonuniversity.com (the “Site”). We collect personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Site. We use this information to send our users information about our Site and to contact the user when necessary.

During registration, a user is required to give their name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. We also collect demographic information that is used to personalize your experience on the Site and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

Data Sharing

We may share demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), LEADon does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

User Rights

Members may update their information at any time by contacting us through our contact form. Users who no longer wish to receive communications from LEADon may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each communication. Please allow up to 45 days for processing of opt-out requests.

LEADon reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
