1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Payment Terms (the “Payment Terms”) set forth an agreement between you and LEADon University®with respect to subscription services. LEADon University's website is located at www.leadonuniversity.com(the “LEADon University Site”).
We refer to the LEADon University Site and the software applications made available by LEADon University as the “Service Applications”, and we refer to the Service Applications and the services provided through the Service Applications, collectively, as the “LEADon University Services.”
LEADon University® is owned by LEADon Inc., a California corporation, with its principal business address at P.O. Box 503377, San Diego, CA USA 92150. LEADon University® is a trademark of LEADon, Inc.
By using any of the LEADon University Services, or by creating a user account, you signify your acceptance of these Payment Terms, as they may be amended by LEADon University from time to time in its sole discretion. You may only use the LEADon University Services and/or open an account if your acceptance of these Payment Terms is not prohibited by applicable law.
YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. If you are younger than 18 years old, you must get permission from a parent or guardian to open an account and your parent or guardian must agree to these Payment Terms.
2. Subscription Services
LEADon University offers subscription-based access to its online learning platform. Subscriptions are managed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize LEADon University to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the LEADon University Services until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. 4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through LEADon University Services, including but not limited to video content, text, graphics, assessments, and course materials, is the intellectual property of LEADon Inc. and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from LEADon Inc.
5. Privacy
LEADon University respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through the LEADon University Services will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
